Returns & Exchanges

All Sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Alterations can be made to the waistband and length prior to shipping. See alteration & adjustment procedures below.  If there is a problem with your order or you have questions please reach out to erica@sacredtreesewing.ca.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you think you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Please send photos of any damage with your submitted claim to erica@sacredtreesewing.ca.

Cancellations & Revisions to your order

Cancellations and revisions are accepted within 12 hours of receiving your final order confirmation. Please contact me directly at erica@sacredtreesewing.ca so that I may make these changes to your order immediately.  

Once approved for your cancellation, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ALTERATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

If the measurements listed in the product description need to be adjusted please let me know asap prior to shipping. Measure yourself in inches for your order to ensure you are requesting correct sizing. Email erica@sacredtreesewing.ca if you have questions or concerns or would like to request a different sizing option than is available on the website. Tell me about the adjustments you desire and provide your waist & hip measurements as well as the length you would like your skirt.

*Refer to the youtube video link below for suggestions on measuring yourself without any help. (Originally made for ribbon rain skirts - which are shorter - choose whatever hem length you would like for your ribbon skirt)

  If you receive your garment and you feel the sizing is wrong, please contact me at erica@sacredtreesewing.ca. In the event that the garment needs to be sent back for adjusting.

I have a 50/50 shipping policy. I pay half the shipping and buyer pays half the shipping. A transfer of $20CAD (if in Canada) or $25CAD (If in the USA) will need to be sent to erica@sacredtreesewing.ca through e-transfer or PayPal. I will email you a shipping label to send your garment back in a soft parcel bag or small box. I will make the adjustments needed and send it back to you right away.
