Processing times

Please Note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.

All made-to-order and custom items are created within 3-4 weeks of receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. 

If there is a problem meeting the 3-4 week processing time for any reason, we will contact you ASAP. 

 How do I check the status of my order?

After your order has shipped, an email notification will be sent to you which will include a tracking number that you may use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at Erica@Sacredtreesewing.ca. Please include your name and order number. We will contact Canada Post and be in touch.

If you have any questions about refunds, returns or exchanges please refer to our REFUND POLICY. Thank-you.
