This ribbon skirt is sized for someone petite. It is highly water resistant, windproof and breathable. Meant to keep you comfortable, warm and dry through all types of weather. Crafted from a 100% recycled polyester softshell material with a fleece interior. Two appliquéd eagles soaring above golden mountains adorn this skirt. Fully finished reinforced seams with pockets.
