This ribbon skirt is made from a deep red, pre-washed 100% cotton. Adorned with two appliquéd eagles soaring above ribbon rainbows. Completed with:
- Two deep side pockets
- Elastic waistband for comfort
- Fully finished & reinforced seams
- Hanger loops
